One year after cancer ambushed me…Come with me if you want to live!

Hard to believe it was a few hours after this memorable video with my little monkey a year ago today when I was ambushed by cancer that took me near the death experience.  And, a few short days later, the doc just poured it on me…”Elias, the chance that the  chemo works is 50/50″. In deed, time flies fast.

Thanks to the secret organized crime industries: the pharmaceutical, the booze, the tobacco, and the fast food industries  aka “Mafia”,  as well as the advertising industry promoting these killers  since 1970’s, cancer cells have become so smart these days – smart enough that they can hit you with no warning sign. Cancer: One Of The Best Thing Ever Happened To Me

What you are about to read is all the advice I’ve been ignoring from the loved ones around me for the past 15 years. Wearing my engineering hat, I’ve added some additional information that I have recently learned. I did my best to make the connection between stress, diet, attitude, the cells in our body, yoga, meditation, and cancer. The article is based on my own battle with cancer, feedback from several oncologists, hematologists, and nutritionists from various countries and meeting other cancer patients ranging in age from 16 to 60. YES! 16 years old girl! Cancer these days has nothing to do with age. So, I hope you are not a moron like me and that at least some of you will listen to the tips here and change your diet.

As a serial entrepreneur who recently beat cancer and been following the story of some other entrepreneurs including Steve Jobs who unfortunately lost his life to cancer,  Amit Gupta who is currently battling Leukemia, and a few other close and young friends who also lost their life to various type of cancers including a very dear friend of mine just last week,   I found it necessary to blog about my case. I hope the story of my life saves the lives of others and that it is a wakeup call for all of you. Read more of this post

Alternative Ways to Avoid or Fight Cancer besides Chemo

I received the information below from a friend who received it via a Newsletter from Johns Hopkins University Hospital. Although, there has been quite number of health related scam emails floating around the Web, but I found the information here accurately right along the line with what I have been learning from other legitimate sources (including from doctor friends, family members, and this article from 2003 – story of Fred Travalena, one of the master comedian/impressionists)

Why did I decide to post it on my blog? Because it contains great information for all of us including those who are currently fighting cancer. The article also goes through such level of details compare to anything else I have read.  Even if you think the information might be a scam, I strongly encourage you do your homework on this and follow these simple rules.

Think about it… pharmaceutical and medicine are such a lucrative industry.  So, I doubt they will  support any of the information below. Otherwise how else would they continue selling their medicines and practice to us?  In a nut shell, the article discusses vegetables, fruits, and other good stuff  vs. Bad stuff like Red meat and what they do with the cancer cells in our body. F–k You Cancer launches the Social Media Campaign via Facebook App

The founder of a non-profit foundation called F**ck Cancer,  Yael Cohen has decided to look to Facebook and Twitter to get her message across in much the same way as MTV took to Foursquare to take on STD testing.

The foundation has launched a month-long campaign called F-tember during which it plans to raise awareness by asking folks to donate their facebook and twitter statuses to the cause. They have teamed up with Invoke, an interactive agency, to create a Facebook app to educate folks about cancer. Read more of this post
